Arvind Fashions Limited allots 3,99,79,347 shares on rights basis

The Lead Manager to the rights issue of Arvind Fashions Limited , the Registrar to the Issue, the Committee of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on today, i.e., July 24, 2020, approved the allotment of 3,99,79,347 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 4 each at a price of Rs. 100 per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of Rs. 96 per Rights Equity Share, aggregating Rs. 399.79 crores to the eligible applicants.
