SRF Ltd board to consider Q1FY21 results on July 30, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of SRF Ltd is scheduled to be held through Video Conferencing on Thursday, 30th July, 2020 for considering and approving the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 and to consider a proposal relating to declaration of 1st interim dividend for financial year 2020-21 on Equity Shares, if any.

The Interim Dividend, if declared would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, August 07, 2020.
