TTK Healthcare Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 3 for FY20

The Board of Directors of TTK Healthcare Ltd in their meeting held on July 22, 2020, has considered & approved / recommended the dividend of Rs. 3.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (30%), for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 which shall be paid / despatched on or before September 30, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.

The 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Company has been scheduled to be held on September 11, 2020, through Video Conferencing.
