Karur Vysya Bank Ltd appoints Shri Ramesh Babu Boddu as MD and CEO

The board of directors of Karur Vysya Bank Ltd in their meeting held on July 20, 2020 have co-opted Shri Ramesh Babu Boddu as an additional director and appointed him as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank for a period of 3 years from the date of taking charge, on the terms and conditions approved by Reserve Bank of India.

Shares of KARUR VYSYA BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.31.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 139338 in over 816 trades.
