Confidence Petroleum India Ltd board to approve first quarter results on July 24, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of 'Confidence Petroleum India Limited' is scheduled to be held on Friday, 24th July, 2020 at 02.00 PM at the Company's Corporate office to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the First Quarter ended on 30th June, 2020.

The board will also consider any other matter with the permission of Chairman.

The trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, from 1st July 2020, till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company.

Accordingly, all insiders (Including Directors and Designated Employees), are hereby directed not to deals in shares of the company during the period of the closure of trading window as stated above.

Shares of CONFIDENCE PETROLEUM INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40489 in over 90 trades.
