Indian Bank board to consider balance sheet of amalgamated bank

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Indian Bank is scheduled on Friday, July 17, 2020 for considering the Opening Balance Sheet of the Amalgamated Bank as at April 01, 2020, i.e., post amalgamation of Allahabad Bank into Indian Bank.
