CRISIL Ltd board to Q2CY2020 results on July 21, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of CRISIL Ltd will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020 and to consider the payment of second Interim Dividend for the financial year ending December 31, 2020.

The "No Trading Window" for the employees of CRISIL Limited and its subsidiary companies, as per the Insider Trading Code adopted by it, has commenced from 15 days before the close of previous quarter i.e. from June 16, 2020 and shall re-open only 48 hours after announcement of the results of CRISIL Limited.

Shares of CRISIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1772.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1784.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1701 in over 416 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1805 and intraday low of 1760. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3041731.
