IIFL Finance Ltd allots 2000 NCDs

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Finance Ltd vide Resolution dated July 09, 2020, approved allotment of 2000 Non-Convertible Debentures namely IIFL Finance 8% Redeemable NCD Series D6 of Face Value of INR 10 lakh each, for cash at par, aggregating to INR 200 Crore, on Private Placement Basis.

Shares of IIFL Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.77.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76335 in over 804 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 80.75 and intraday low of 75.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5978470.
