Infosys Ltd board to announce Q1FY21 results on July 15, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Infosys Ltd is scheduled to be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 14 and 15, 2020 to consider the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter ending June 30, 2020.

The board will consider and approve the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter ending June 30, 2020 and the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per IFRS for the quarter ending June 30, 2020.

The financial results will be presented to the Board of Directors on July 15, 2020 for their approval.

Shares of INFOSYS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.794.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 763.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 564766 in over 14108 trades.
