PVR Ltd board to consider terms of rights issue on July 6, 2020

The board of directors of PVR Ltd had approved issue of equity shares of the Company ('Equity Shares') by way of a rights issue ('Rights Issue') to the eligible shareholders of the Company for an amount aggregating up to Rs. 30,000 lakhs (Rupees Thirty Thousand lakhs).

The Board of Directors is proposing to hold a meeting on July 6, 2020 to consider, decide and discuss, among other things, matter in connection with the Rights Issue, including the determination of rights issue price, record date, rights entitlement ratio etc.

Shares of PVR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1032.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1015.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 121729 in over 7597 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1036.45 and intraday low of 1016.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 125152558.
