IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited allots NCDs for Rs. 200 crores

The Management Administration and Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited (the "MAS Committee") at their meeting held today has allotted 9.55% Secured, Redeemable, Listed, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10 lakh each, for cash at par, aggregating to Rs. 200 Crores on a private placement basis to an eligible investor.

Shares of IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.95.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 92.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 226752 in over 2309 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 96.6 and intraday low of 93.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21551832.
