The board of directors of Bhatia Communications and Retail India Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 40% to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-2020. The final dividend recommended by Board of Directors of the Company is subject to the approvals of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within prescribed timeline under the Companies Act, 2013.
