MRF Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 94 for FY20

The Board of Directors of MRF Ltd have recommended a final dividend of Rs.94/- each per share on paid-up equity share capital of the Company. The Company has already declared and paid two interim dividends of Rs.3/- each per share for the financial year ended 31st March,2020. With the recommendation of final dividend of Rs.94/- per share, the total dividend for the above period works out to Rs.100/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each.

Shares of MRF LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.66405.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 64916.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 565 in over 511 trades.
