YES BANK Limited acquires stake in Jhabua Power Ltd through invocation of pledge

YES BANK Limited has acquired the following shares by way of invocation of pledge:

- 12,63,50,146 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10 per share, constituting 8.74% of the post-issue paid-up share capital, of an unlisted company, namely, Jhabua Power Limited

- 10,08,598 equity shares having face value of Rs. 100 per share, constituting 30% of the post issue paid-up share capital, of an unlisted company, namely, Avantha Realty Limited.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.26.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1745367 in over 10532 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 27.25 and intraday low of 26.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46846407.
