The Board of Directors of Multiplus Holdings Ltd at its meeting held on June 27, 2020, has recommended the Final dividend @ 0.20% to equity shareholders on their paid up share capital of Company for the year ended on March 31, 2020. The proposal is subject to the approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting.
