Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 27, 2020, has recommend an Equity Dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share i.e.40% on Paid up Equity Shares, having Face Value of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
