Piccadily Agro Industries Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 0.20 for FY20

The board of directors of Piccadily Agro Industries Ltd has approved the recommendation of final dividend (F.Y 2019-20) on the Equity Shares of the Company @ 2% i.e. Rs.0.20/- per equity share subject to the approval of shareholder of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend on Equity Share, shall be paid within 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the date of which will be intimated in due course.
