Hind Rectifiers Ltd Board approves Dividend for FY20

The Board of Directors of Hind Rectifiers Ltd have approved and recommended final dividend @ 40% being Rs. 0.80/- per equity share (of face value of Rs. 2/- each) for the year ended 31st March, 2020 out of the profit of the Company, subject to the approval of members in Annual General Meeting.
