Grindwell Norton Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 7.50 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Grindwell Norton Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs. 7.50/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2019-20. If the dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, the payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or from Tuesday, July 28, 2020 to all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialised form as per the data as may be made available by the National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Service (India) Limited as of the close of business hours on Friday, July 17, 2020.

The dividend will be paid to all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on Friday July 17, 2020.
