Engineers India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.55

The Board of Directors of Engineers India Ltd at its meeting held on June 25, 2020, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.55/- (One Rupee and fifty five paisa only) per share (on the face value of Rs. 5/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2019-20. The final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
