Yug Decor Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.40

The board of directors of Yug Decor Limited has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.40 per Equity Share i.e. 14% of face value of Rs. l0/- each for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2020, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual Ceneral Meeting.
