Bharat Bhushan Share & Commodity Brokers Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.60 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Bharat Bhushan Share & Commodity Brokers Ltd held today i.e. Monday, the 22nd day of June, 2020 at the registered office of the Company situated at 503, Rohit House, 3 Tolstoy Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001 has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.60 per equity share (i.e. @ 6%) having face value of Rs. 10/- for the financial year 2019-20 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, shall be paid/ dispatched within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the AGM.
