Aegis Logistics Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Aegis Logistics Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. June 22, 2020, have considered and recommended final dividend @ 120 % i.e. Re. 1.20 per share (face value of Re.1 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.

Shares of AEGIS LOGISTICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.198.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 186.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 57686 in over 2775 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 200.15 and intraday low of 188.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11274967.
