Ruby Mills Ltd has developed H+ Technology™ fabrics that have antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal capabilities that last for multiple washes. H+ Technology's™ anti microbial and anti viral efficacy has been tested and the findings indicate that the viruses and microbes don't survive on surface of the treated fabric.
At the very core of this proven technology is the active ingredient that kills over 99 per cent of the H1N1 Influenza virus (the family of novel Corona Virus) and provides lasting protection for multiple washes, thus ensuring effective protection and containment of the spread.
H+ Technology™ scores over other technologies in two critical ways:
1) Most other technologies compromise on the fabric's hand-feel. This makes the fabric unfit for daily use. Being experts in Fabric finishing, the Company has put in significant work on creating a process that maintains the hand-feel, breathability and finish of the fabric.
2) H+ Technology™, being a finishing technology, can be applied across ALL Fabrics - pure as well as blended. This enables us to apply it on a wide range of fabrics for diverse applications.
To offer H+ Technology™ and sustainability, the Company has been working with Lenzing India to curate a range of fabrics. The Lenzing Group, is an innovation leader, that stands for ecologically responsible production of specialty fibres. H+ Technology™ along with Lenzing's Ecovero, Modal and Tencel fibers, is yet another step taken by us towards value added, sustainable and responsible fashion.
The idea behind this collaboration is to jointly take this range of fabrics to a large number of quality-sensitive customers, who are looking for protective fabrics, which is the need of the hour.
