The Board of Directors of ITD Cementation India Ltd at its meeting held on June 17, 2020, has approved payment of dividend on September 30, 2020, if declared at the 42nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 23, 2020, of Re.0.30 per equity share on 17,17,87,584 equity shares of Re. 1/- each (30%) for the financial period ended March 31, 2020 duly recommended by the Board.
