Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited at its Meeting held today has approved the recommendation of dividend of l0% i.e Re. 0.10 per fully paid-up Equity Share of Re. 1/- each. The Dividend on Equity Shares, on approval at the Annual General Meeting is expected to be credited / dispatched to the Members around 1st week of October 2020.
