Sicagen India Ltd Board recommends Dividend for FY2019-20

The Board of Directors of Sicagen India Ltd at its meeting held on June 17, 2020, has considered and recommended equity dividend @ 5% (50 paise per share) for the financial year 2019-20, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
