Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd at its meeting held on June 16, 2020, has recommended a dividend of 50% i.e. 0.50 paisa per equity share on face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
