Manali Petrochemical Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.75 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Manali Petrochemicals Ltd at its meeting held on June 16, 2020, has recommended a dividend of 75 paise per equity share of Rs. 5/- each, fully paid-up, [15%] subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The date of payment of dividend will be informed in due course, upon finalization of the date of the AGM.
