Pfizer Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 10 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Pfizer Ltd at its meeting held on June 15, 2020, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share of Rs. 10 each (100%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020. The said final dividend, if declared at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company shall be paid on or before September 30, 2020.

Shares of PFIZER LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.4078.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4061.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6238 in over 1503 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4157.4 and intraday low of 4036.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25646034.
