Electrosteel Castings Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 0.30 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Electrosteel Castings Ltd, at its meeting held today, have, recommended a dividend of Re. 0.30 (30%) per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the Financial Year ended 31 March, 2020, to the shareholders of the Company for their approval at their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
