Grasim Industries Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 4 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Grasim Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 13, 2020, has recommended dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
