Vinati Organics Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY20 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Vinati Organics Ltd at its meeting held on June 13, 2020, has recommended an equity dividend of Re.0.50 per share of face value of Re. 1/- each (50%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders, which will be paid to the eligible shareholders of the Company registered in the Register of members of the Company as on the record date to be decided, within 30 days of declaration of the same at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
