Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 2.35 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited at its Meeting held on 12th June, 2020, have approved the recommendation of a Dividend of Rs.2.35 (47%) per Ordinary (Equity) Share of the face value of Rs.5 each.

The Dividend on Ordinary (Equity) Shares for the year ended 31st March, 2020, as recommended by the Board of Directors and as may be declared at the AGM, will be paid/ dispatched after 7th August, 2020.

Shares of MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.475.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 473.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 137049 in over 2868 trades.
