TVS Srichakra Ltd board approves reappointment of MD

The Board of Directors of TVS Srichakra Ltd at their meeting held today (11.6.2020), based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have re-appointed Mr R. Naresh as Managing Director (Designated as Executive Vice Chairman) of the company for a further period of three (3) years with effect from 16th June,2020.

Ms. Shobhana Ramachandhran has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company, for a further period of five (5) years from 25th August, 2020 subject to the approval of the shareholders through postal ballot, by way of e-voting only.

Shares of TVS SRICHAKRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1368.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1403.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 714 in over 231 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1426.8 and intraday low of 1360.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 994323.
