Zen Technologies Ltd board approves dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of Directors of Zen Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., on Saturday, 06 June 2020, has considered and approved the recommendation of dividend @ 40% i.e. Rs. 0.40/- per equity share of Face Value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended 31 March 2020, which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
