Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd board recommends total dividend of Rs. 7.14 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd at its meeting held on June 06, 2020, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.40 per equity share and total dividend of Rs. 7.14, including interim dividend of Rs. 5.74 per equity share paid, (i.e. 71.40% on the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2019-20, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the 104th AGM of the Company.
