Alkem Laboratories Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 05th June, 2020, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees three only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, for the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The board has fixed 11th August, 2020 as the record date for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders, shall be paid on and from 21st August, 2020.

Shares of Alkem Laboratories Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2395.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2442.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8155 in over 1805 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2510 and intraday low of 2374.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19912066.
