JSW Steel Ltd allots 10,000 NCDs

The Committee of Directors of the Issuer ("Board") at its meeting held today i.e. June 05, 2020 at 10.55 am approved the allotment of 10,000 Nos 8.50% rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures bearing a face value of INR 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lacs only) each aggregating to INR 1000,00,00,000 (Rupees One Thousand Crores Only) on private placement (the "NCDs"), at par to the investor identified by the Board at its meeting held on June 04, 2020.

Shares of JSW STEEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.192.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 192.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 318955 in over 3152 trades.
