Raymond Ltd approves issue of NCDs aggregating Rs. 80 crore

The Committee of Directors of Raymond Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on May 31, 2020 have approved the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 80 Crore (Rupees Eighty Crore only) on private placement basis. The Meeting of Committee of Directors of the Company commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 12:20 P.M.

Shares of RAYMOND LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.224.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 224. The total number of shares traded during the day was 94155 in over 4489 trades.
