Eris Lifesciences Ltd board to consider Q4, FY20 results on June 2, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Eris Lifesciences Ltd is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 2nd June, 2020 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2020 in order to enable the Company to timely disseminate the financial results.

The Audit is under progress and in the current situation, it is expected to take some more time on account of some working restrictions that had been imposed under lockdown on account of COVID-19. Further, the Company will be subsequently furnishing the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2020.
