Kanpur Plastipack Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Kanpur Plastipack Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2020, has recommended Final Dividend @ 6% i.e. Rs. 0.60/- per equity share for the financial year 2019-20 subiect to the approval of shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
