The Shipping Corporation of India Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of directors of The Shipping Corporation of India Limited has recommended a final dividend of Re.0.75/- per share of face value of RS.10 each (i.e. @7.5% on the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year 2019-2020 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.
