Voltas Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 4 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Voltas Ltd at its meeting held on May 29, 2020, have recommended Dividend of Rs.4 per share on face value of Re.1 per share (400%) for the year 2019-20 which shall be subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of VOLTAS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.480 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 486.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 92075 in over 3022 trades.
