Capital India Finance Ltd board to consider Financial Results, Final Dividend and Raising Funds

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Capital India Finance Ltd is scheduled to be held on Monday, June 1, 2020, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company, for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2020, statement of asset and liabilities as on March 31, 2020 and statement of cash flow for the year ended on March 31, 2020.

The board will consider raising funds up-to Rs. 1000,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Crore only) by way of issue of non-convertible debentures / bonds, medium term notes and other debt securities and raising funds up-to Rs. 500,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Crore only) by way of issue of securities.
