Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of directors of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd in its meeting held today May 27, 2020 (meeting commenced at 02:30 PM and concluded at 04:30 PM) has recommended a dividend at the rate of 8.0% i.e. Rs. 0.80 per equity share which shall be paid after the ensuing 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders.
