Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited raises Rs. 700 crores through NCDs

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has raised Rs. 700 crores (Rupees Seven Hundred Crores only) today by allotment of 7,000 Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each on private placement basis.

The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.

Shares of ADANI PORTS AND SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.315.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 310.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 104480 in over 1804 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 320.6 and intraday low of 309.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 32924212.
