Sundaram Finance Ltd board to consider final dividend for FY20

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sundaram Finance Ltd has been convened on May 29, 2020, to consider the approval of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2020.

The board will consider recommendation of Final dividend for the year 2019-20 and fixing the book closure date under Regulation 42 for the 67th Annual General Meeting / Final Dividend.
