JSW Steel Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of JSW Steel Ltd at its meeting held on May 22, 2020, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) (200%) per fully paid-up Equity Share of Re.1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2020.

The dividend, if declared by the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, will be credited / despatched to the members, subject to deduction of tax at source, on or before 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

Shares of JSW STEEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.166.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 169.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 382378 in over 3098 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 169.45 and intraday low of 163.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 63569557.
