V-MART Retail Ltd board to announce Q4, FY20 results on May 29, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of V-MART Retail Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 29, 2020, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended on March 31, 2020 and to recommend the dividend, if any for the financial year 2019-20.
